Any appointments not cancelled with in 3 hours of the appointment time will result in a fee of $50 which will be charged to your credit card used to book the appointment.

For Motor Vehicle Accident  billed treatment appointments, please call/text or email us first before your appointment.  We will need to verify insurance/ claim info and/or receive a doctors referral before treatment can begin.
